mber is our 4 year old Yellow Lab. She was adopted from St Hubert's Animal Welfare Center over 3 years ago. St. Hubert's is a shelter and rescue that has been in existance for over 20 years. They are innovators in animal outreach and rescue and have instituted many programs that further advance the humane care and treatment of unwanted animals. St Hubert's Animal Welfare Center is located in Madison, NJ.

We found Amber during a search on the internet for a dog to adopt. She has been somewhat of a postergirl for the cause of animal adoption and was featured on ABC's Evening News in a story about the internet's role in pet adoption. She's also been featured in a local newspaper article that focused on the internet and NJ animal shelters and rescues. Her main passions are playing ball, getting treats, and generally being the center of attention.
